Refund policy
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR RETURN MEETS THE CONDITIONS OF OUR RETURNS POLICY AND COMPLIES WITH THE BELOW POINTS BEFORE LODGING YOUR RETURN.
OUR POLICY
If you change your mind for any reason, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
For eligible returns, you may choose either:
- A refund to your original payment method; or
- 105% store credit based on the value of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges paid at checkout.

This change-of-mind policy applies in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Item(s) should be returned unworn and unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
When trying on garments, please take care as we may be unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or use, including but not limited to:
- Perfume, deodorant, body lotion, sunscreen, or other odours
- Makeup, fake tan, or other cosmetic marks
- Stains, marks, or damage of any kind
- Pet hair or excessive lint
If items are returned in a condition that does not comply with our Returns Policy, your return may be declined and the item(s) sent back to you at an additional charge.
These return conditions do not apply to items that are faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
STORE CREDIT & REORDERING
The quickest way to secure your preferred item is to return your original purchase and place a new order using your store credit once your return has been processed.
If you choose store credit, we will issue a credit equal to 105% of the value of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges paid at checkout.
Store credit will be issued once your returned item(s) have been received and approved by our team.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
REFUNDS
If you choose a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method once your returned item(s) have been received and approved by our team.
Refunds will cover the value of the returned item(s) only and will not include original shipping charges, unless the item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Please note that we may require the item to be returned to us for assessment before a refund is processed. Refunds are typically issued once returned items have been received and inspected by our team.
RETURN SHIPPING
Shipping costs for returning item(s) are not covered by us unless the item is deemed faulty, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Once you submit a return request, you will be provided with a return address to lodge your return.
Please note that the return period applies to the time in which a return must be requested and shipped. If an international return takes longer than this return period, this will not affect your eligibility, and the return will still be processed.
FAULTY ITEMS
We are so sorry! Please contact us by completing the enquiry form on our Contact Page and include your order number, along with images of the fault.
If your item is confirmed to be faulty, we will require it to be returned to us for assessment. Once the item has been received and assessed, we will process a refund or replacement as appropriate. Where applicable, we will provide a return shipping label.
Items damaged due to failure to follow our care instructions or through normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty.
