ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within two business days of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:

- Express
- International Standard
Please note all delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Delivery timeframes are provided by our shipping partners and are based on standard transit times. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, Isley Resort Pty Ltd is not liable for shipping carrier delays or delivery disruptions outside of our control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary depending on local customs regulations.
We currently ship to the following countries outside of Australia: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and the United States.
Isley Resort Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees incurred on international orders.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors. We are not responsible for such delays but will do our best to keep you informed.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us via our enquiry form and we will do our best to assist.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via our enquiry form with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
